Learning Methods
At 180° Academy our primary point of departure is the aspirations and motivations of everyday people and not so everyday people. From there we progress to ideation and creative concept development which is directly linked to these aspirations and motivations. These concepts are simultaneously merged with business applications in order to be commercialized.
This is not a linear approach to products, services or even organisational change, but an acknowledgement of the fact that the world is not linear and linear thinking will not solve the dilemmas of a rapidly changing world.
Our programmes blend the three phases of innovation and give students the relevant tools to collect, create and commercialize knowledge and ideas. This is achieved through interdisciplinary learning and bringing together people from different areas of the company, thereby helping them understand the different focus areas. We combine students with different educational backgrounds, competences and thinking styles.
At 180° Academy, concept-maker students will not only be judged on academic success, but also on business success. We have labelled this 180° accreditation.
